Participation, Implication of young French  people.
Several aims will be had to achieve this goal:
To imply the young people in a step of awakening of the utility to act as soon as possible for the safeguard of the environment by tackling more particularly the subject of water.
To instigate a group of young people in each country
To facilitate the access to information in connection with the safeguard of the environment, local, national, international.
To allow the young people to meet men and women who act regularly for the safeguard of the environment voluntarily and professionally.
To set up working times collective and individual to build projects
For that all the partners implied in this project will propose to the young people of their countries to create a Young Commission Environment. Several stages will be necessary to set up this Commission Young Environment. They will begin in December and will finish after the meeting in Italy
1 ° Recrutement of the young people

2° To set up a time of gathering
Period: over 2 days in December 2005,
Games to allow each one to better know, in order to instigate the group starting from the capacities and of the potential of each individual who composes it.
Establish a work schedule on the whole of the project.
Installation of the criteria of selection of the young people who will represent their countries and their commissions at the time of the International exchange in Italyin July 2006: Salento 2006 "What' s the matter, what' s the water?"
Development of a program Action - Research Communication; Who one will meet, animations has to create, Which tools which strategy to carry out research of information.
Distribution of the tasks to be carried out and the personal work of research that each one must carry out individually at the end of this gathering.

3° Installation of the program; Action - Research – Communication
Period: 5 days in February 2006
Times of meetings with the actors of the environment who act locally
Installation of a tool of communication, creation of a blog per country and commission. This blog will allow at each commission, to inform the other commissions on the evolution of each project thus creating an interaction between the various projects and the young people of each country.
Collective working time Development of a project by commission and country to emphasize problems related to water by holding account of its own local data.
Set up pedagogic Workshops about sensitizing on environment.
Assessment intermediate of the program and preparation of the next stage.
4° collective Working time
Period: 2 days in April 2006
Collects analysis of Finalisation information of the project of each commission approaching its own problems room related to water.

5 ° Restitution public of the project
Period June 2006 Each commission will communicate according to its specificities by using the local means of communication, Article of press, participation in events biennial, radio interview, press Conference etc.
6° Salento Project 2006 "What' S the matter, what' s water? "
Participation of the Commission representative of each country in the Exchange of the young people of the countries of the network" Youth changes the world " from 10  to  23 July  in Corsano,  Italy.
Participation et  Implication des jeunes Français.
Plusieurs objectifs vont être visés pour atteindre cet objectif :
Impliquer les jeunes dans une démarche de prise de conscience de l’utilité d’agir le plus tôt possible pour la sauvegarde de l’environnement en abordant plus particulièrement le sujet de l’eau.
Dynamiser un groupe de jeunes dans chaque pays
Faciliter l’accès à l’information à propos de la sauvegarde de l’environnement, local national, international.
Permettre aux jeunes de rencontrer des hommes des femmes qui agissent régulièrement pour la sauvegarde de l’environnement bénévolement et professionnellement.
Mettre en place des temps de travail collectif et individuel pour construire des projets
Pour cela tous les partenaires impliqués dans ce projet vont proposer aux jeunes de leurs pays de créer une Commission Environnement Jeune.
Plusieurs étapes seront nécessaires pour mettre en place cette Commission Environnement Jeune. Elles débuteront au mois de décembre et se terminera après la rencontre en Italie
1° Recrutement  des jeunes  à partir de novembre 2005
2°  Mettre en place un temps de rassemblement
Période : sur  2 jours au mois de décembre 2005,  
Jeux pour permettre à chacun de mieux se connaître, afin de  dynamiser le groupe à partir des capacités et du potentiel de chaque individu qui le compose.
Etablir un calendrier de travail sur l’ensemble du projet.
Mise en place des critères de sélection des jeunes qui représenteront leurs pays et leurs commissions lors de  l’échange International en Italie au mois de juillet 2006 :
Salento 2006 “What’s the matter, what’s the water?”
Elaboration d’un programme Action –Recherche- Communication ; Qui va-t-on rencontrer, les animations a mettre en place,  Quels outils quels stratégie  pour effectuer des recherches d’information.
Distribution des taches à effectuer  et le travail personnel de recherche que chacun doit effectuer individuellement  à l’issue de ce rassemblement.

Temps de rencontres avec les acteurs de l’environnement qui agissent localement
Mise en place d’un outil de communication, création d’un blog par pays et par commission. Ce blog permettra à chaque commission, d’informer les autres commissions sur l’évolution de chaque projet  créant ainsi une interaction entre les différents projets et les jeunes de chaque pays.
Temps de travail collectif Elaboration d’un projet  par commission et par pays pour faire ressortir une problématique liée à l’eau en tenant compte de ses propres données locales.
Mise en place Atelier pédagogique de sensibilisation à l’environnement

Récolte analyse des informations
Finalisation du projet de chaque commission abordant sa propre problématique local liée à l’eau. Définition des critères d’évaluation
Préparation de la communication de ce projet
5 ° Restitution public du projet
Periode : Juin 2006
Chaque commission communiquera selon ses spécificités en utilisant les moyens de communication locaux, Article de presse , participation à des événements  biennale,  interview radio, Conférence de presse etc.
6 Projet Salento 2006 «  What’s the matter, what’s the water? “ 
Participation des représentant des commissions de chaque pays à l’Echange des jeunes des pays du réseau « Youth change the world » du 10 au 2§ Juillet à Corsano  en Italie.
