Meeting at El Jem
Suite à l’invitation d’Ali Akrout, certains membres du réseau Jeunesse Echange le Monde vont se rencontrer à El Jem lors du festival de musique actuelle, du 22 au 27 août prochain.
Les objectifs de cette rencontre sont les suivants :
- Définir les missions des membres du réseau
Un Président : en charge de convoquer les réunions mensuelles via Paltalk, animation du réseau
Un Secrétaire : chargé du compte rendu des réunions
Un responsable Blog/ communication du réseau : restructurer le blog, rappeler aux membres du réseau de faire passer l’information sur leurs projets et enrichir le blog via les notes et observations
Des coordinateurs locaux : rôle d’information au niveau local des projets du réseau, coordination des projets mis en place par le réseau pour sa ville
- Observation du festival et compréhension des problématiques locales. Un rapport sur les observations faites sera rédigé en fin de festival.
- Des propositions de rencontres de jeunes à mettre en place pour les mois à venir.

Pendant le festival, nous rédigerons régulièrement des comptes rendus de nos réunions, observations et projets. Nous comptons sur vous pour réagir sur le Blog et nous apporter vos commentaires. Il est important que les personnes motivées suivent les prochains événements pour que nous puissions ensemble faire aboutir nos projets de rencontre de jeunes.

At the end of the month, a few members of the net Jeunesse Echange le Monde will meet in Tunisia, at El Jem during the DT21 music festival, from the 22th till the 27th of August.
The aims of this meeting :
- to determine the responsibilities of the net’s members :
o a secretary : in charge of the reports of the meetings
o a communication/ Blog responsible : to organise the blog, to help/ recall the members to write on the Blog and to inform about their projects on the Blog o the local representative : he has to inform his local environment (municipality, other associations, youth workers, etc.) about the projects of the net, he is the person in charge of the local organisation of the youth projects of the net.
- to observe the festival and the local issues at El Jem. A report will be written at the end of the festival.
- to propose some/ a youth project to set up during the next months;
During the festival, we will write some reports of our meetings, observations, propositions of projects, etc. on the Blog. It is very important that the members who will not be there continue following the projects of the net. Please react, write your commentaries on the Blog.
